Goher Sajjad Khan : Goher is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, and did his LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Leicester UK in 2010. He also did a diploma course in Financial Services Crimes from the City University of London, UK. Earlier, Goher had done his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Peshawar in 2003 and became a member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council in 2006. Goher has authored two books: Money Laundering Laws and Their Effects on Individual’s Privacy, and EU Directives on Money Laundering: A Critical Analysis (LAP LABERT Academic Publishing). Zohaib Hassan did his Master of Commerce (M.Com) from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in 2012, and is enrolled in the LL.B. programme of the Islamabad Law College, Islamabad. Zohaib is an authorized Tax Practitioner and practicing tax consultancy at Islamabad. Zohaib’s areas of expertise include tax filling, registration of companies, and non-governmental organizations NGOs/INGOs with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and with Social Welfare Department under the Societies Act.
